The future of mid-size performance has arrived - but is it coming to North America? Ford has unveiled its 2023 Ranger Platinum in Europe, sending V6 shockwaves through the automotive market; but critics at home have been (not-so-patiently) wondering when they’ll get to sample this turbocharged ride.

The answer is, sadly, not until next year.

According to Motor One, the 2023 Ranger Platinum won’t arrive in North America in time for the holiday rush. Instead a third-quarter debut next year is anticipated - leaving Saskatchewan drivers unable to access its many upgrades. Among those are:

Power

The 2023 Ranger Platinum boasts a 3.2L five-cylinder diesel, which delivers up to 247 HP and 443 lb.-ft of torque. Anchored by an upgraded 10-speed automatic transmission (which has been specially mounted to reduce both vibration and noise), it offers peerless V6 capability.

Performance

The 2023 Ranger Platinum has been fitted with an all-wheel-drivetrain, which yields full-time power; while an enhanced electronic control unit maintains seamless terrain performance.

Style

The 2023 Ranger Platinum rides on 20-inch machined-face wheels. Daytime running lights and LED cluster headlamps anchor the front, while the radiator grille has been revised to deliver a sportier profile.

The wait for the new Ford Ranger will prove long - but Novlan Bros knows it will be worth it. To learn about how to reserve this model contact us today.
A blue 2023 Ford Ranger Lariat equipped with the Chrome Appearance Package and parked in the snow.Utility has received a redesign. Ford will soon launch its 2023 Ranger Lariat - and it’s promising a bold new look for every highway adventure. Prepare to experience the Chrome Appearance Package.

Anchoring the new Ranger Lariat is a series of exterior upgrades. The Chrome Appearance Package perfectly complements the truck’s lean profile (211 inches in length, 78 inches in width, and 72 inches in height). 18-inch PVD wheels assure a rugged stance, while the front and rear bumpers boast a striking metallic frame. The mirrors are capped in a silver finish; dual tow hooks sit below the black mesh grille; and an exhaust tip showcases the sporty capability of the 2.3L EcoBoost engine.

Bright-polished punches of chrome run throughout the 2023 Ranger Lariat - affording drivers a sleek effect. They are ably assisted by wheel-lip mouldings, LED lighting, and available five-inch rectangular running boards; and all details are complemented by the nine optional exterior paint colours (which include Velocity Blue Metallic and Hot Pepper Red Metallic).

Anticipation builds; excitement grows; and critics and consumers alike turn to their screens, scouring web pages for a glimpse of mid-size performance. The 2023 Ford Ranger has been announced - and with it comes the promise of Pro Power capability.

According to Motor Biscuit, the new Ranger will prove a potent addition to the Ford family, borrowing the Pro Power Onboard Generator from its F-150 sibling (as shown in the video above). This feature - which boasts 2.0 kW, 2.4 kW, and 7.2 kW configurations - transforms the truck into a mobile workhorse, maximizing engine output to create an extended-life battery system. This offers up to 85 hours of performance, with both hybrid and gasoline blocks optimized for resource distribution; and, through this, drivers can utilize accessories with ease.

The inclusion of the Pro Power Onboard Generator elevates the new Ford Ranger - allowing it to dominate the mid-size market in Paradise Hill and beyond. Achieve up to 7,200 watts of high-performance capability and enhance options for both work and play, with this system perfectly complementing the available 2.3L four-cylinder engine and 10-speed automatic transmission.

Is it time, Alberta, for a new era of pick-up power? The 2023 Ranger Raptor has been spied in North America - and critics are wondering if this could finally provide drivers with the class-shattering performance they've been too long denied.

According to Motor One, the 2023 Ranger Raptor was recently spotted on Ford’s proving grounds. Though the truck was heavily camouflaged, critics were able to discern an exciting detail in the cabin - a left-hand drive configuration. Unlike the platforms offered to Europe and Australia, this ride doesn’t favour the right. Instead it seems tailored for the North American market, which suggests that the Big Blue Oval may finally be bringing it across the pond - and, if it's anything like the current version (seen below), there will be much to celebrate.

The new Ranger Raptor, Motor One declares, would prove ideal for those craving more than standard pick-up performance. In addition to the inclusion of LHD, this platform would also offer a twin-scroll 3.0L V6 engine - which would generate 400 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque. A 10-speed automatic transmission is anticipated, as is an elongated double-cab body. This promises to deliver a more rugged design to the mid-size market and should ensure superior all-terrain power.

This mid-size model will prove the ultimate option for work or play.

According to Gear Patrol, construction of the 2023 Ranger has begun. Ford intends to use this platform as an anchor for its upcoming truck line-up, delivering both the power and style drivers deserve. Among the currently known details are:

One - the 2023 Ranger will boast a revised cab, with critics expecting a square front and extended wheelbase. This will afford an F-Series effect.

Two - a V6 engine option (possibly the one currently found on the Bronco) might be available. This would upgrade the current 2.3L block to a more robust 2.7L, and it would raise the performance ratings to 310 HP and 400 lb.-ft of torque.

Three - a hybrid engine may also be offered. This 2.3L plug-in option (which would help Ford meet its goal of a fully electric fleet by 2026) would generate 362 HP and 502 lb.-ft of torque.

The 2023 Ranger promises to inject high-performance into every adventure. To learn more about this and other upcoming Ford models contact our team today.
2021 ford ranger for sale alberta canadaPrepare, Alberta, for the next generation of mid-size style. Keen-eyed photographers have recently spotted the 2023 Ford Ranger - and even the heaviest of camouflage couldn’t disguise its bold new look.

Motor One has just unveiled the 2023 Ranger - and it promises to inject half-ton styling into the compact market. Anchoring this platform are revised headlamps, which feature wide vertical shapes (similar to the F-150). These draw attention to the elongated grille, which has traded its traditional centre split for a sleeker flat fascia; and the fenders boast a more fluid curve, elevating the platform from everyday hauler to highway stunner. A single exhaust frames the rear, and LED tail-lights are visible from beneath the layers of camouflage.

No exact specifications have been given for the new Ranger - but critics believe that it will receive a raised suspension and extended cabin (making it slightly larger that the current model, pictured to the right). This will allow it to deliver a distinctive F-Series flair to Alberta.
