Ford Vehicle News For Saskatchewan Canada
Is it time, Alberta, for a new era of pick-up power? The 2023 Ranger Raptor has been spied in North America - and critics are wondering if this could finally provide drivers with the class-shattering performance they've been too long denied.

According to Motor One, the 2023 Ranger Raptor was recently spotted on Ford’s proving grounds. Though the truck was heavily camouflaged, critics were able to discern an exciting detail in the cabin - a left-hand drive configuration. Unlike the platforms offered to Europe and Australia, this ride doesn’t favour the right. Instead it seems tailored for the North American market, which suggests that the Big Blue Oval may finally be bringing it across the pond - and, if it's anything like the current version (seen below), there will be much to celebrate.

The new Ranger Raptor, Motor One declares, would prove ideal for those craving more than standard pick-up performance. In addition to the inclusion of LHD, this platform would also offer a twin-scroll 3.0L V6 engine - which would generate 400 HP and 415 lb.-ft of torque. A 10-speed automatic transmission is anticipated, as is an elongated double-cab body. This promises to deliver a more rugged design to the mid-size market and should ensure superior all-terrain power.
