Within a 100km the truck threw a code and had a sensor issue. I was working until 7pm in Lloydminster and leaving early in the AM for work. Lloydminster had no diesel techs on staff today. I called alan and explained. Alan met me at the shop on my way home...after hours, fixed the truck himself and called me when I got home to be sure it was still good. 10/10 - next level, customer service. Both the dealer and salesman deserve a shout out here because I am beyond pleased.
