2024 Ford Maverick: 4K Towing Package

Offered on the new Maverick is the 4K Towing Package. Anchored by a Class III hitch with a seven-pin connector, this suite affords superior performance - allowing the truck to achieve up to 4,000 pounds of conventional trailering. A higher capacity radiator bolsters the 2.0L engine, while both the drive ratio and cooling fan have been upgraded to enhance output. All-season tires (available in 22565R17 and 22560R18 configurations) better adapt to heavy hauls, and 17-inch wheels are also provided.

To further boost the 4K Towing Package Ford offers a Brake Controller - which regulates pressure for the truck and any attached trailer. This symmetrical tension ensures that acceleration patterns can be properly adjusted and promotes smooth handling on tight turns.
