Draper Heads
Overview

MAXIMUM HARVESTING PRODUCTIVITY

Maximize the capacity of your New Holland combine with a matching New Holland draper head designed for uniform crop flow and reliable performance. Choose from models to match your crop, and available in a range of cutting widths to match your needs.

92C RICE DRAPER HEADS

HIGH PERFORMANCE IN TOUGH RICE CONDITIONS

The 92C draper belt head delivers outstanding performance in rice using high-torque hydraulic motors at both ends of the six-tine bar reel. Available in cutting widths of 25 and 30 feet, and with your choice of single- or double-knife drive, the two-deck, center-mounted 92C features a single feed belt, large-diameter full-floating feed auger, and extra-long, retractable feed fingers.

DESIGNED FOR DURABILITY

The 92C cutterbar and optional double-knife drive are protected by levee shields. A stainless steel plate under the feed auger allows the 92C to withstand abrasive conditions. Heavy-duty plastic skid plates provide for on-ground soybean harvest as well as protection in banks and sink holes.

94C GRAIN DRAPER HEADS

ULTIMATE GRAIN HARVESTING CAPACITY

Perfect for cereals, grains and specialty crops, the 94C grain belt head is available in 25-, 30-, 36-, 40 and 42-foot cutting widths. A self-contained hydraulic system supplies smooth, reliable power to both the draper belts and the knife drive without the use of V-belts, pulleys and chains.

PREMIUM FLOTATION, EASY ADJUSTMENT

The leaf spring float system delivers lateral and vertical movement for ground-hugging flotation in uneven terrain. You optimize your harvesting efficiency with fast, easy knife angle adjustment, using either a simple turnbuckle or with optional hydraulic cylinder for changes on the go. An optional hydraulic reel fore/aft adjustment kit provided increased versatility.

SMOOTH, EVEN CROP DELIVERY

The 94C head uses two 42-inch-wide draper belts to feed crop to an extra-wide center belt. This center deck is located directly in line with the feeder auger—not under it—so the cut crop moves smoothly and evenly, with no chance of tangling or twisting as it enters the auger.

880CF SUPERFLEX™ CUTTERBAR DRAPER HEADS

ULTRA-CLOSE CUTTING AND REDUCED LOSSES

The 880CF SuperFlex™ cutterbar draper head provides closer cutting and better flotation so you can harvest every bit of your valuable crop. These rugged combine heads are available in cutting widths of 30, 35, 40 and 45 feet.

IMPROVED FLOTATION

A patented, rubber spring flotation system is the key to the 880CF head's ground-following ability. You can adjust the rubber torsion springs on each floor support manually to tailor flotation to conditions or to compensate for any cutterbar unevenness. Or, ask your New Holland dealer to install optional hydraulic cutterbar flotation so you can make adjustments right from the combine cab.

CLOSE CUTTING

The six-bat reel smoothly feeds crop to the cutterbar, which cuts cleanly using three-inch guards and overserrated knife sections with 10 teeth per inch. A shorter skid shoe design reduces weight and allows the cutterbar to cut more closely to the ground for better cutterbar flexing. The header height control system makes use of either four-sensor or two-sensor combine systems. The hydraulic Syncro-Knife drive system uses a patented single gearbox mounted under the center draper to drive both knife assemblies. This design distributes weight evenly, neutralizes header vibration and leads to exceptionally smooth cutting action.

SMOOTH DRAPER FEEDING

Variable-speed outer draper belts and fixed-speed twin 41.6-inch center draper belts deliver the crop smoothly to the floating 26-inch-diameter auger. The auger features five-inch flighting and handles heavy crop and feeds it smoothly into the combine. A flatter auger floor angle aids crop flow. You can also adjust the auger up, down, fore and aft to match conditions. A new, patented rubber retention system prevents broken auger fingers from entering the combine.
